Michelle Wagner CPA, CGA has a very simple approach — a business must have solid financials, a solid team, and solid risk management to thrive. Her methodology is this: meet with you to discover your pain points, customize a program that addresses your concerns, and offload the stress of financial/operational management so that you can focus on what you do best — running your business. Michelle has spent the past 22 years helping for- and non- profit entities achieve not just their financial goals, but numerous operational goals as well. Her path to becoming a CPA was a bit unusual as she started off as a bookkeeper making sense out of shoeboxes full of receipts for small for-profit firms. She has held various titles from finance and HR manager, to Director of Finance and Operations, and at one point was tasked with being a mobile accountant cleaning up books of medium sized organizations and setting up processes to minimize fraud risks. As her focus has always been in the small to medium enterprise space, her passion is in moving companies into into a more digital space, including using data for decision making, and getting certified in Privacy and Risk Management to further support the growth and longevity of organizations.
